The show devides to Chocolatiers either expecting to offer large amounts of samples to promote product awareness or those that expect to sell to the public.
In anycase you’d be wise to spot early on special Christmas presents. Many of the companies at the show are based abroad, so you’ll find Italian, Mexican, Belgian, Dominican Republic and many more products never otherwise found in the UK.

La Perla, from Torino www.laperladitorino.it gained fame by producing pharmacy grade chocolate – so capable of producing endorphins in the eater that it could serve as replacement for certin kinds of medication. While at the same time heightening the quality of yhe chocolate they sell they now produce chocolate that is completely sugar free and will suit any dietary requirement.

Mexican Producer and multiple award winner Wolter – Quetzalli
And their Tequila Bonon. A real grown ups Chocolate, with an extraordinary sophistication. One of these accompanied with the Mezcal Bonbon will leave your guests speechless that how transporting they are.
Wolter – Quetzalli Sell differnt varities from different parts of Mexico such as Chiapas and Talisco. The flavours are quite fruit like and the 70%-100% are surprisingly less bitter than you would expect.
www.Guittard.com are offering the public chocolate cocktails. Their chocolate is paired with Holy Grass Scottish Vodka, vanillia essence then topped with lashing of chocolate that solidify. Very adult fun!
The Food Court was real favourite offering baby back ribs using raw Chocolate in their spiced rub. As well as hot dogs using chocolate in their chilli concarne or their beans sauce.
